The high-temperature resistant armored temperature measuring optical cable is composed of a spiral stainless steel hose with 1-2 core sensing optical fibers inside, a high modulus Kevlar, stainless steel woven mesh, and a Teflon outer sheath added to the hose. Due to the use of Teflon (tetrafluoroethylene) as a special material, it overcomes the narrow high and low temperature range of traditional spiral steel tube armored sensing optical cables, and extends their long-term use temperature to -60 ℃~150 ℃, with relatively high temperatures reaching 200 ℃. In addition, the unique characteristics of Teflon material such as fast thermal conductivity, high insulation resistance, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, non hydrophilicity, non hydrophilicity, and moderate hardness have greatly expanded the application field of optical cables. At present, the product is widely used in temperature measurement fields such as electricity and petrochemicals.
