The structure of GYTY53 optical cable is to position 250u of optical fiber in a loose, high modulus plastic tube. These pipes are filled with a waterproof filling material. A steel wire, sometimes wrapped in polyethylene (PE), used for high fiber cables as a metal strength component located at the center of the cable core. The pipeline (and filler) is twisted around the strength component, forming a compact circular cable core. The cable core is filled with filling compounds to protect it from water intrusion and covered with a thin layer of polyethylene inner sheath. After the PSP is longitudinally laid on the inner sheath, the optical cable is synthesized.
